Auditors

The auditor is responsible for reviewing the company’s annual report and financial statements, as well as the management of the Board and the CEO. After the end of each financial year, the auditor presents an audit report to the AGM.

The annual general meeting 2023 re-elected PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (Torsgatan 21, SE-113 97 Stockholm, Sweden) as Karnov’s auditor for the period until the close of the annual general meeting 2024.

Martin Johansson is the auditor in charge since 2022 and is an authorized public accountant and a member of FAR (the professional institute for authorized public accountants in Sweden).
