Investor Relations
Karnov’s Investor Relations-function provides capital markets, investors, shareholders and other interested parties with relevant information in accordance with applicable legislation, NASDAQ Stockholm’s Rules and Regulations, the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, and Karnov’s communications policy.
Karnov presents the company and its financial performance in conjunction with the communication of quarterly interim reports. In addition, significant events which occur in the company are published through the distribution of press releases. Karnov also holds regular meetings with shareholders, analysts and potential investors and participates at seminars of interest.
Silent period
Karnov observes a silent period starting 30 days prior to publication of the year-end or interim report. During this period, Karnov representatives will not meet with financial media, analysts and investors or comment on any financial development.
