The change strengthens the Nordic region with the appointment of a new CEO for Region North, Alexandra Åquist, previously CEO of Norstedts Juridik. She will assume this role from the 1 April 2023, covering the Danish and Swedish markets.
In Region South, Guillaume Deroubaix will assume the position as CEO Region South as of the 9 April 2023, covering the French, Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Besides a focus on maintaining and developing strong regional businesses, Karnov Group wants to increase focus on the European growth agenda as well as strategic priorities. To secure this, two new executive roles have been created.
- Niels Munk Hansen, previously CEO of Karnov Group Denmark, will assume the role of Chief Strategic Development Officer,
- Jonathan Minzari, previously Chief Stand Alone Companies, M&A and Strategy Officer, will assume the role of Chief Emerging Ventures and M&A Officer
